Magnetic stripe plastic cards are suitable for customer loyalty programs, gift cards, ID badges or other business needs. Our advanced technology means we can produce a magnetic stripe swipe card that matches your budget, as well as your information/ security needs.

Magnetic stripe cards are used to monitor and control access, or for loyalty programs. Using advanced printing techniques the magnetic striped cards are fitted with an encoder module.

Magstripe cards comply fully with international standard ISO 7811. The stripe contains three tracks which can be recorded as follows;
Track 1: 79 characters including letter and number(density: 210 BPI)
Track 2: 40 numeric characters(density: 75 BPI)
Track 3: 107 numeric characters(density: 210 BPI)

Printed on high-quality PVC, Magstripe cards come in a choice of Low(LoCo) and High(HiCo) coercivity to encode and protect your information. Standard LoCo works well in most retail situations, but when the ability to resist erasure is a factor we recommend our High coercivity Magstripe cards for greater security.

  • Different finishes including Glossy, Matte or Frosted applicable;
  • CMYK colour, pantone colour, or gold or silver screen underpainting on a single or both sides;
  • Embossed digit or letter with gold, silver, or the same colour as card surface;
  • Hole punching – ID hole, round hole or butterfly hole are available;
  • Sequential number or personalised serial number;
  • Foil Stamping in gold or silver;
  • Signature or custom signature panels available;
  • Scratch-off panels for PINs, special promotions or contests;
  • Hi-Co or Lo-Co Magnetic stripe encoding on tracks 1, 2, or 3;
  • Bar coding with or without human readable characters;
  • Spot UV to make reflective effect;
  • Die cutting, any sizes and shapes customisable;
  • Epoxy to make 3D feel(applied to size smaller than CR).
